How to Start Using PayMaya App

Steps to Register for a PayMaya Account

Before you can use any feature of the PayMaya app, you need to register for an
account first. Here’s how:

1. Download the PayMaya app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Fill out the online form. Once done, tap the Continue button.
3. Read the Data Privacy Policy page and tap the Agree button. PayMaya will send you a
verification number via SMS. Enter that number in the app and tap “Verify.”
4. Tap the View Card button.
5. Enter your address and birthday.
6. Enter the required information under the Online Payment Card Number page. You’ll
receive a confirmation of your PayMaya account activation.

Steps to Link a PayMaya Card to PayMaya App

1. Log in to your PayMaya account.
2. At the home screen of your iOS device, tap “More” at the bottom right. For Android
phones, tap the Menu icon on the top left.
3. Tap “My Cards” > “Link Card.”
4. Enter your PayMaya card details. Provide a six-digit PIN that you’ll use for ATM
withdrawals from your PayMaya account.
5. Tap “Link Card” again.

The PayMaya QR is a handy feature on the PayMaya app that allows users to pay for
their purchases in any partner store without cash using only their smartphone. The SM
Store, Jollibee, and McDonald’s are some of the merchants that accept payments via
PayMaya QR.
The in-app service is free and quick to use. Just be sure you have an internet
connection, and the store has a PayMaya QR standee at the counter.

Steps to Pay Using PayMaya QR

1. Log in to your PayMaya account.
2. Tap the Scan button at the top center of the home screen.
3. Align the small square on your phone’s screen with the merchant’s QR code.
4. Enter the payment amount. Tap “Continue.”
5. Verify your payment details. Tap “Pay.”
6. Present the confirmation message to the cashier.
How to Buy Load Using PayMaya App

It’s convenient to buy prepaid call, text, and data packages for Globe, Smart, TNT, and
Sun through the PayMaya app. You can also buy gaming credits for Garena and Steam,
as well as prepaid cable subscription for Cignal.

1. Log in to your PayMaya account.
2. Tap “Shop.” On iOS devices, it’s at the bottom left of the home screen. For Android

How to Pay Bills With PayMaya App

PayMaya has a Pay Bills service in its app that allows you to pay your electricity, water,
telco, and cable bills in just a few smartphone taps.
Recently, PayMaya has extended its bills payment feature to accept payments for
government fees such as Pag-IBIG contribution and housing loan, NBI clearance,
and NSO documents (birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.).
To avoid late payment posting, pay your bills at least three days ahead of the due date
when using the PayMaya app.

2. Tap “Pay Bills.” On iOS devices, it’s at the bottom center. On Android devices, it’s

3. Choose the biller from the list.

6. Review and confirm your payment details. Tap “Pay.”
