 CW-007 VTOL fixed-wing UAV system
1. Overview
CW-007 is small UAV system, mainly used in aerial survey, agriculture, surveillance and
other fields, which is simple operation and can be carried and operated by single person, full
autonomous flight, vertical take-off and landing, total weight under standard load is less than
7kg. The modular design allows for quick disassembly into 7 parts without tools, and the
electrical plugs and mechanical connections at the connection are synchronized at once.
With the new power management module, the whole machine is powered by only one
battery, which simplifies the user operation process and improves the power utilization
efficiency.

2. Key Features
 Light weight: max. takeoff weight less than 7kg, light and flexibility for individual operation.

 Easy Transportation: backpack design, the total weight of the backpack is less than 15Kg, easy

to carry out single transport and hiking.

 Wingtip Design: more optimized aerodynamic layout.

 Plateau Adaptability: The takeoff altitude is up to 4500m sea level and the cruising altitude is

 up to 6000m sea level.

 Modular Design: No need to assembly and disassembly work in 3 minutes.

 Highly Integrated Sensor: the system is equipped with a more integrated 42-megapixel

full-frame camera that is smaller and lighter than a standard pixel-based camera.

 VTOL: greatly reduce the dependence on the site, catapult and the parachute, etc.

 Full Auto: no need remote control, one-button take-off and landing, safe and easy, with a

landing accuracy of less than 10cm.

 RTK/PPK：Standard real-time differential and post-difference modes are used at the same time.

RTK is mainly used for centimeter-level precision autonomous vertical landing. PPK is mainly

used to output high-precision POS data, ensuring that more than 80% of image control points

are reduced.

 High Efficiency: if the scale is 1:500, 3 square kilometers can be completed in one flight. if the

scale is 1:1000, 5 square kilometers can be completed in one flight. If the scale is 1:2000, 10

square kilometers can be completed in one flight.

 Photo Exposure sync: the exposure sync module ensures that the exposure delay is controlled

within 10ms.

 Backup GPS: to ensure that if the main differential GPS is abnormal during the flight, it can

smoothly switch to the backup GPS to ensure flight safety.

 Backup Compass: to ensure that if the built-in magnetic compass is abnormal during the flight,

it can be smoothly switched to the backup external magnetic compass to ensure flight safety.

6. After sales service
JOUAV promises: Upon delivery of the product, we offer free service under warranty
period while the products meet free repairing conditions. The Buyer does not need to pay the
inspection fee, labor costs, replacement parts costs or logistics costs of repairing products
back to customer(The Buyer affords the freight in advance).
1.Warranty period for main components:
(1) Engine: 1 year or 200 hours (whichever comes first)
(2) Airframe/Avionics system/Payload equipment/GCS: 1 year
(3) Propeller/Battery: 3 months
2.Implementation of free maintenance service must meet the following conditions:
(1) Since the delivery of the product, it should be under normal use and
non-artificial performance failure within the warranty (standard execution in accordance with
the training manual).
(2) No unauthorized dismantling, no retrofits without official instructions, or
other non-artificial failures.
(3) Valid purchasing proof, Invoice and ID No. from factory.
3.Non-free warranty service situations:
(1) Illegal flight without the permission of the relevant department.
(2) Mission planning beyond performance index or failure to meet safety
specifications.
(3) Installation or dismantling does not following the manufacturer instructions,
or damage caused by unauthorized modification or dismantling.
(4) Accident or damage caused not by the quality of the products, or caused by
failure to comply with the specifications.
(5) Consumables such as engine filter, spark plug, air filtration, etc.
(6) Engine damage caused by non-standard fuel ratio, or using the non-standard engine
oil or poor gasoline.
(7) Failure to use battery supplied by manufacturer or intentionally using
defective battery.

 (8) Battery damage caused by wrong storage, or non-standard charge and discharge .
4.Seller provides warranty services in accordance with the regulations.
If the maintenance service takes place within three months before the expiration of the
warranty, Seller will provide three months warranty extension for the corresponding parts
(Extension period is three months from the delivery of the repair parts , and 1 time only with
no repeatable extension)
5.The Buyer fills in repair request form, and transports the aircraft to the Seller.
The seller will reply the maintenance time to the Buyer within 3 days after receiving the
equipment. General maintenance time is no more than 20 days. In case of major
maintenance, the time will be postponed and subject to the specific notice of the Seller.
Finishing the maintenance, the Buyer should deliver the product at the time and place
notified by Seller, and bear the cost and risk of transportation.
6.The Seller has the right to decide the maintenance plan, that is to decide
maintenance or replacing the whole parts.
7.During the warranty period, breakdown or damage of aircraft caused by the
Buyer
under the condition 3, Seller provides paid maintenance services. The materials or
accessories involved in the maintenance are charged at the cost price.
