• THE MISSION OF THIS COMPANY ARE TO PRODUCE QUALITY CONCRETE CEMENT FOR
BUILDINGS AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION RELATED STRUCTURES.
• THE COMPANY ALSO WANT TO HELP THE ENVIRONMENT BY USING ECO FRIENDLY
CONCRETE CEMENT THAT USES RECYCLED AND LOCALLY SOURCE MATERIALS.

• WEEKLY INVENTORY- THIS MUST BE CONDUCTED TO MONITOR EVERY ASPECT OF THE COMPANY. E.G. SALES, EMPLOYEES AND

• MONTHLY EVALUATION – TO ENSURE THAT THE PERFORMANCE OF EVERY EMPLOYEES ARE RECOGNIZED AND GIVEN CREDITS FOR
