• DCF is a design and construction firm to be established inside the municipality of Nasugbu, Batangas. The firm is determined to give quality
services to establish its own reputation throughout Nasugbu, Batangas.

• DCF is determined to dominate the construction of residential and commercial construction within Nasugbu, Batangas.

• DCF will be the first construction firm that covers design and construction inside Nasugbu, Batangas.

• DCF is determined to satisfy the demands and desires of the clients to provide a rightful reputation through offering construction services.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

DCF, a construction firm to be built by the Demafelix family to compete

with the construction industry within the municipality of Nasugbu, Batangas.
Ease communication method will be available through the client’s
preferences, online and verbal communication will be implemented for faster
appointments.
 OWNERSHIP

DCF will be owned by Jake Danielle M. Demafelix and managed with

Engr. Nicko Jeanina M. Demafelix. Which will soon rise in 2025.
Engr. Nicko Jeanina M. Demafelix is a licensed Civil Engineer who
graduated in De Lasalle University in the year 2013.
LEGAL FORM

DCF will be established as sole proprietorship, owned under

the name of Jake Danielle M. Demafelix, to be registered
in the municipality of Nasugbu, Batangas.

As of now, there are established Design and Construction firm in

individually on their fields respectively.

The two well known companies for each fields are MBS Construction for
Engineering construction firm and CantosxSuelto Architects for Achitectural frim.

it would be much easier to gather clients than competing
outside blindfolded.
