Ariadni is a 3* hotel (not studios-no kitchen-cooking in the rooms is strictly forbidden) which is in a 4 traditional built-like
bungalows complex. Our rooms are fully equipped ( TV,A/C, safe box ,fridge,water boiler). The side and the floor of the room
depends from the availability of the hotel’s rooms at the day of your arrival and is the reservations manager’s choice only in order
to have always the hotel full.

yes there is availability and the rates without breakfast in € per night are:

Kids under 3 y.o will be charged +5 on these prices for a hotel’s baby cot (obligatory).
Kids over 3 y.o are included in the type of the room that you will choose.

On these rates you add the rate for breakfast per person that you see below and you can calculate the final rate per night.

from 3 to 6 y.o:+6 per person
from 6 to 12 y.o:+8 per person
for adults :from 12 + :+10 per person

Necessary to provide children’s passports or an official document before the booking that proves their age.The kids will be
charged for breakfast depending their age IN the accommodation and not when the reservation was made.

Payment policies:
Standard rate :50% advance the day of the booking and paying off the day of the arrival.
Free cancellation limit: : If you cancel maximum 30 days before the arrival the advance will be returned.
Non refundable rate:100% advance the day of the booking.
Free cancellation limit: 0 days. Refund of the advance is not possible.
Housekeping:1) Checking:every day, 2) Changing towels:every day, 3) Sheets:every third day from your arrival.
Check in:15.00 – 00.00
Check out:08.00 – 12.00
Limitations: 1) possibility of check out at Sundays depends from the arrival of the next guest.
