Work: Supply, Fabrication and Errection of D G Set Chimney and Supporting Structure.

will be arranged by the vendor.
3 Supply and installation of exhaust pipe support 1 Job
(M.S.) structure for DG set chimneys 625 KVA,
200 KVA (qty. 02 Nos.).
up to overall height: i. for 625 KVA DG set
14.5 Mtrs. (qty 02 Nos.)
ii. 200 KVA DG set 12 Mtrs.
iii. 200 KVA DG set 8 Mtrs.
Base size length 450 mm and Width 450 mm as
per drawing including two coat of painting. A
stair alongwith structure is also be installed.
Approx. 1500 Kg (weight) of material consisting
Angle Irons, MS Sheet, Clamps, Base Plates,

fabrication of structure & stair.

4 Supply and installation of exhaust pipe support 1 Job

Base size length 900 mm and Width 900 mm as
per drawing including two coat of painting. A
stair alongwith structure is also be installed.
QUOTED
Approx. 3000 Kg (weight) of material consisting
Angle Irons, MS Sheet, Clamps, Base Plates,
etc of required size to be supplied by vendor for
fabrication of structure & stair.

5 Supply and installation of aviation lamp for all 1 Job

the above chimneys mentioned at S. No. 1 &2
and its switch including supply of copper cable
(Size 1.5 Core x 2 Sq. mm) of required length up
to the operator room. All kinds of clamps &
supports etc shall be arrange by the vendor for
the DG set chimneys mentioned at S. No. 1 &2.

6 Supply and installation of lightening arrester 1 Job

along with cable & accessories including digging
of Earthing pit for all the above chimneys
mentioned at S. No.1 & 2.
Installation of earthing with copper strips (25 x 6
mm). Required quantity of copper strips will be
provided by HAL.
