THE INFORMATION BELOW IS CONFIDENTIAL - FOR USE BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY

On 8-21-2019 at approximately 1415 hours I was called to the front office of Pelion Middle School. There I met with
Asst. Principal Mr. Adams and . I was advised that during lunch, (student)
became upset with several female students because they were saying that they were going to get a high school student
to come beat him up. They told him that he could "bring his momma, his brother, and whoever else he wanted to
bring." then got up and walked out of the cafeteria and went to . spoke with
when he arrived and he told them what had occurred. then made the statement to "I just want to
go get my truck and drive it into the school. I want to get my gun and shoot those girls." also made the
statement that if he saw any of those girls he would "put them in a wheel chair" and would "bash their heads into the
ground."

Administration then contacted `s mother ( ) who responded to the school. When the incident was
explained to Ms. she advised that there were no guns in her residence and did not have access to guns,
or a truck. Administration advised her that Disciplinary actions would be taken according to Lexington School
District One`s Policy. I also advised her that due to the nature of the incident, documentation would be completed
and forwarded to the Lexington County Solicitor`s Office for possible prosecution for Student Threats. I had Ms.
completed a Juvenile Custodial Release Form. Sgt Treaster was informed of the incident as well. The
information will be sent to the Solicitor`s office as soon as possible.
