Second Use of handheld inkjet printers

1. Four ways to start printing:

2. Ink cartridge use

 1. The machine must not be unplugged or loaded in the power-on state. The

loading and unloading of the ink cartridge must be performed in the off state.

2. The capacity of the ink cartridge is generally 40ml, and it can print 845

sheets of A4 continuously at 5% coverage;

3. When the ink cartridge has no ink, there is no water sound when it is

shaken.

4. If the ink cartridge is not used, it must be covered with a cover. After the ink

cartridge is torn open and sealed, it is best to use it within 3-4 months.

5. Ink printing onto plain paper requires only 3S drying, but the drying time

varies depending on the material, and the material with poor water absorption will

last a little longer.

6. Cartridge jam solution:

(1), the ink cartridge can be jammed on cardboard or white paper and printed

continuously several times until the print is clear.

(2) Wipe the nozzle with a cotton swab soaked in alcohol or a paper towel, or

soak it in alcohol.

(3) In the “Settings”, find “Flash Time” set to 10 and print again.

(4), find the "sprinkler setting" exchange "left and right nozzle" in "Settings"

(5) Shake the cartridge up and down.

3. Touch screen use

Screen correction:

1. Find “Touch Screen Correction” in “Settings” to re-align;

2. Press and hold the screen at boot time, then turn it on to enter the calibration;

3, screen alignment problem: generally caused by external force pressing caused by

screen deformation(PS: When correcting, use a stylus to point the target.)

4. Never use sharp objects to tap the screen, and it is easy to scratch the screen and

cause damage to the screen.

5. The resistor screen is used. Due to climatic reasons and transportation reasons, the

screen will be slightly out of order and should be calibrated.

4. Import image creation

1, choose your prepared picture

5. Fixed plate use

If you need to print uneven products, or print a small area of the product; for

example: printing on plastic bottles, printing on the bottle cover, etc., you need to

use a fixed plate.

Steps for usage:

1. Loosen the upper four fixing screws of the fixing plate.

2. Align the ink outlet of the handheld inkjet printer with the fixed plate print

port.

3. After alignment, lock the two screws on the upper positioning plate.

4. Lock the screws on the side positioning plate again (as shown)

5. Place the fixing plate on the product to be printed.

6. Align the print position. Use the machine to debug the print position. After

that, you can start printing.

4. Commissioning phase
Conveyor speed and coding speed are related. The faster the conveyor speed, the

faster the coding speed needs to be adjusted.

If you hear "drip" but not printed:

1. Look at the position of the print before the drip or after the drip, after the

drop, the "photoelectric delay" is too large, need to be small; do the light head

close to the machine; or adjust the speed of the line.

2. Photoelectrically senses when the object passes, it will flash. If the

photoelectric light is long, the photoelectric will be raised; or tilted 45 degrees. The
