he fell off the bike after being hit by another bicyclist
landed on his r outstretched hand pain constant initially
sharp non radiating pain 5/10 after getting pain shots
aggrav by movement a/w numbness and tingling of r u/e
denies fever, chills, head trauma , dizziness, loc, changes in vision,, sob n/v, abdo pain, swelling,
skin changes , prev falls/ joimt pain

has been going on since his birth, it actually got worse after he and his parents moved in with
