A pneumatic cylinder with integral position control

machine to the next. The MPC has allowed this process to be fully automated. The operator can program via touch
screen any changes to the conveyor line without leaving his position. The MPC can perform this function without all of the

machine can be individually monitored with the
results checked against the previously stored
records saved in the PLC. These records can
then be issued as a report to the maintenance
departments accordingly, thereby ensuring

and potential energy savings.
