A. Main Hall and Pool and Garden
Weekdays (Monday - Thursday) - Php 87,750.00 nett
Weekends (Friday - Sunday)- Php 99,450.00 nett
Php 7,500.00++ / per excess hour
Inclusions:
● 4 hours use of the fully air conditioned hall.
● 12 hours use of the pool and garden area.
● Complimentary use of the Presidential suite.
● Standard check in / check out time: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
● Basic lights and sounds
○ Lights - 8 units LED par lamps (3 watts), 1 unit DMX light controller, 2 units light stand, 1 lot
cable and connectors.
○ Audio - 2 units professional speaker, 1 unit power amplifier, 1 unit Yamaha audio mixer, 1
unit laptop for music library, 1 unit DVD / CD player, 1 unit shure wireless microphone stand,
1 lot cable and connectors.
● Non - accredited caterers corkage fee is 20% of the TOTAL AGREED AMOUNT between the client
and the caterer (based on O.R) Php 20,000.00 whichever is higher.
B. Pool and Garden
Weekdays (Monday - Thursday) - Php 40,950.00 nett
Weekends (Friday - Sunday)- Php 52,650.00 nett
Php 3,500.00++ / per excess hour

D. Sky tent and Skygarden
Weekdays (Monday - Thursday) - Php 76,050 nett
Weekends (Friday - Sunday)- Php 87,750.00 nett
Php 6,500.00++ / per excess hour
Inclusions:
● 4 hours use of the fully air conditioned skytent.
● 6 hours use of the skygarden.
● Complimentary use of 1 Premiere suite or 2 Junior suite or 3 deluxe rooms whichever is available.
● Standard check in / check out time: 2:00 pm - 12:00 pm
● Basic lights and sounds
○ Lights - 8 units LED par lamps (3 watts), 1 unit DMX light controller, 2 units light stand, 1 lot
cable and connectors.
○ Audio - 2 units professional speaker, 1 unit power amplifier, 1 unit Yamaha audio mixer, 1
unit laptop for music library, 1 unit DVD / CD player, 1 unit shure wireless microphone stand,
1 lot cable and connectors.
