REVISION OF TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR THE REMAINING MONTHS (RENT):

This is the revision of the first agreement on the terms of payment, which originally was that:

(1) The two months deposit given by the lessee, Kristine Nicole Ubaña can only be refunded once
all her accounts are settled.

This term constitute that the rent covering the lessee’s stay for July 10, 2019 up to August 10,
2019 is deducted from her original deposit of Nine Thousand Pesos (P 9 000.00). Thus, the remaining
deposit is in the total of Four Thousand and Five Hundred Pesos (P4 500.00) and can only be refunded
to the lessee once all her account for the remaining duration of her stay, as stated by the contract, has
been settled.

Account Overview:

June 10 – July 10, 2019

- The rent for this duration, amounting to Four Thousand and Five Hundred Pesos (P 4500) was
paid. Date: July 13, 2019

July 10 – August 10, 2019

- The rent for this duration is consumed from the deposit of the lessee, Kristine Nicole Ubaña.
Date: August 13, 2019

August 10 – September 10, 2019 September 10, 2019 – September 22, 2019

- Amount to be paid: P 4 500. 00 - The rent is P 190 per day, as stipulated in

contract.
- Amount to be paid: P 2 290.00

By signing this, all parties agree in the stipulations of this document; this shall be followed and in no
ways be voided.
