SUBJECT: SELECTION AS FELLOW IN MASTER OF SCIENCE (NUCLEAR POWER

ENGINEERING) PROGRAM, BATCH-24, SESSION 2016-2018.

Dear Mr. Roll No.

We are pleased to inform you that you have been provisionally selected as Fellow in Master of Science
(Nuclear Power Engineering) Program, Batch-24, Session 2016-2018 at KINPOE, Karachi, You are
therefore advised to prepare for joining on following terms and conditions:
a) You will be paid a stipend of Rs. 25,000/- per month.
b) Bachelor hostel accommodation will be provided to outstation fellows only, if available.
Student rooms are furnished with essential furniture only and fellows are advised to bring their
own pillow, bed sheets, blanket, towel etc.
c) If required, fellows will be provided free hospitalization facility in hospitals on KANUPP
panel only.
d) The selected fellows will pledge a bond to serve Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission
(PAEC) for a period of five years after successful completion of their fellowship.
e) At the beginning of the First Semester, your case will be sent to the Pakistan Institute of
Engineering & Applied Sciences (PIEAS), Islamabad for enrollment. If for any reason, your
enrollment is denied by PIEAS, your fellowship will be terminated.
You will be required to join KINPOE for this program on Tuesday, 31 January, 2017. Official
transport will leave for KANUPP Colony Phase II, adjacent Jawed Bahria Housing Society,
opposite HASCOL petrol pump, Hawks Bay, Mauripur at 10:00 a.m. on the same day from
Gulbai Chowrangi near Gulbai Kanta (Weight Bridge) / PAF BASE Masroor, Karachi. For further
details, please see attached map / our website.
If you are from outstation, you are advised to bring your personal belongings and enough money
with you (at least Rs.20,000/-) to meet your mess security charges / personal expenses, since it takes
about two months to complete official formalities to release your stipend.
You have to bring with you the following documents at the time of joining KINPOE.

1. Medical Fitness Certificate from the Medical Board of a PAEC hospital.

2. A deed (specimen attached) on stamp paper of at least Rs. 100/- duly attested by First
Class Magistrate. Attach two photocopies of CNIC of sponsor and Witnesses of the deed.
3. Original and four Photostat copies of your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
4. Original and four Photostat copies of each certificate/degree of Matric, Intermediate and
B.Sc. (Engg.)/B.E./M.Sc.
5. Original and four Photostat copies of each Marks Sheet of Matric, Intermediate and B.Sc.
(Engg.)/B.E/M.Sc.
6. Original and two Photostat copies of domicile certificate.
7. Six recent passport size photographs and four photographs of the size 1"× 1½" with your
name and roll number on the back of all photographs.
8. Two Character Certificates from two different persons, including one from the Head of
the Department of Institute/College last attended and another from a first class Government
servant not related to you.

9. If you have graduated from any Institute/University other than Pakistan Institute of
Engineering & Applied Sciences, Islamabad then you are required to produce a Migration
Certificate (original and one photocopy) from the university last attended.
10. If you are an engineer then, one original and two photocopies of Registration Certificate
from Pakistan Engineering Council or receipt of application for registration in PEC or proof from
Pakistan Engineering Council that your degree will be recognized by PEC. Your degree must be
recognized by Pakistan Engineering Council in order to be eligible for this program.
11. If your field of qualification is different from one of the advertised fields, an Equivalence
Certificate from Pakistan Engineering Council/Higher Education Commission stating that your
 degree is equivalent to any one of the relevant advertised field.
12. A copy of this letter with your signature on the Certificate given below.
13. Only those out station candidates who are seeking accommodation at KINPOE hostel are
required to bring completely filled ‘Hostel accommodation request form’ at the time of joining.
IMPORTANT: Stipend and all other benefits will be applicable and joining will be considered
complete only from the date when all of the above mentioned documents are received at Administration
Branch, KINPOE. You may be asked to leave KINPOE if your documents remain incomplete by the
time registration forms are to be sent to PIEAS.
Due to the security reasons, your training may be terminated at any stage and offer of appointment
withdrawn if an adverse report is furnished about you from any agency. Moreover, after completion
of the degree , you will be appointed in PAEC as a regular employee only after all of your security
clearances have been received.
This call does not in any way waive off your ineligibility, disqualification if warranted, nor does it
condone any deficiency in your application or documents. Your selection will be cancelled at any stage
unless all notified conditions are fulfilled including the result of your final examination.
