Conditions of Use
1. The vehicle must be safe to use on highways including road and road related areas.
2. This permit, including these Conditions of Use, must be fixed in the bottom left hand corner of the windscreen.
3. If the vehicle is over-size or over-mass (OSOM) it will require an OSOM permit as well as an Unregistered Vehicle Permit.
4. You cannot use an unregistered vehicle permit for a vehicle for social or domestic purposes. You may only use this permit for one
of the following permitted purposes:

    The vehicle may be driven for any of the following purposes:

To drive from place of acquisition to the residential or garage address nominated on the permit.

To use the vehicle in daytime between sunrise and sunset in the course of obtaining any necessary repairs, modifications or
testing to obtain a Certificate of Roadworthiness, a Vehicle Identity Validation certificate or a Vehicle Assessment Signatory
Scheme Approval Certificate, or to meet the requirements of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009.

To take the vehicle for the purposes of registration to a VicRoads Customer Service Centre or VicRoads Agency.This includes
taking the vehicle to have identification numbers stamped, as directed by a VicRoads officer, and includes directly returning to
the garage or residential address if the registration process is unable to be completed after attending VicRoads.

*Note: For use on highways, road and road related areas including car parks, access roads and other areas that are
open to be driven on by the public.

Change and Refund Policy
When a permit has started, it cannot be extended. If additional time is required, you must apply for a new permit. Refunds are not
provided when the start date has commenced.  To make changes to a permit prior to its start date contact VicRoads, Tel: 13 1171.

Varying/Revoking Permit
VicRoads may decide to vary the conditions of this permit or revoke the permit in accordance with regulation 137 of the Road
Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009.
