REQUEST FOR CONSTRUCTION SITE VISITATIONS APPROVAL

Greetings!

As part of the Civil Engineering program, a course entitled “Construction Methods and Project
Management” requires us to have Construction Site visits that would last for the whole duration of this
academic year’s (2019-2020) 1st semester.

In line with this, we, the 5th year Civil Engineering students, would like to ask for your kind
approval to let us conduct our site visitation at the under construction Medical Building just outside the
University Campus. We would like to assure you that we will follow all given rules and protocols imposed
by the Project Engineer/Project-In-Charge in the said site to ensure not just our safety but also the people
around us.
