Abstract
In the present practice we analyzed a mechanism of four decentered articulated bars with an
inclination of -25 ° in its bench, with the aim of making graphs between the parameters of
input, speed and acceleration of the impeller, and the output, speed and acceleration of the
rest of the links with the help of a mathematical software like MATLAB. To the analyzed
mechanism, its respective vector loop was made to find the respective equations that describe
it. Then the Newton-Raphson method was used where, together with its Jacobian and the
error matrix with tolerance 0.02, the solutions were found by iterative methods. With the
graphs it was concluded that the angular velocity of link 3 is smaller compared to link 4, in
addition there is a point between 0.4 and 0.5 where their speeds are equal.
