NARRATIVE REPORT OF THE SPG MEETING

The meeting started at 3:00 pm with the checking of attendance to all new sets of SPG Officers and members by the
secretary 98% of SPG Officers and members are at present.
Agenda during the meeting were as follows:
1. Report progress in making Pupils Policy last S.Y. 2018-2019.
2. Proposed school project and activity for S.Y. 2019-2020

The meeting was presided by the new president ___________________. The policy approved last S.Y. 2018-2019
was discussed. And they found out that the some of the school policy was made last S.Y. 2018-2019 has not being
implemented well. There were suggestion that the policy would remained but the policy should be strengthened to the
benefits of the pupils and the school campus.

The proposed project for S.Y. 2019-2020 was discussed first by SPG adviser___________________ and the New
president ___________________ added to it for further consideration. The suggestion had been done but there was not
enough amount of budget intended for the school project accomplishment. Again, the body suggested raising fund
through solicitation from the politicians and not from the Alumni of Masalipit Elementary School.

The meeting ends well and adjourned at exactly 5:00 pm.
