“A DRAFT RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCREDITATION

OF LIWLIWA ASOSASYON DAGITI MANNALON, INC., AS A

NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION/PEOPLE’S
ORGANIZATION (NG0/PO), TO THE PROVINCIAL
GOVERNMENT OF ILOCOS SUR (PGIS)”

WHEREAS, duly endorsed to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Ilocos Sur for legislative
approval is the application for accreditation of Liwliwa Asosasyon Dagiti Manalon, Inc.;
WHEREAS, Liwliwa Asosasyon Dagiti Manalon, Inc. is an association, the primary
purposes for which it is formed are: to promote camaraderie and unified spirit among members
and to serve as link for financial or technical assistance from Government or other sector for all
development;
WHEREAS, the aforesaid organization being sought for accreditation is the same
association who is an active development partner of the Provincial Government as it had always
been supportive in the implementation of the province’ programs and projects;
WHEREAS, the corresponding application for accreditation of the aforesaid association
has been thoroughly reviewed and found to have complied with the requirements;
NOW THEREFORE, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Ilocos Sur, in session assembled,
on motion of Hon. Christopher Abraham R. Baterina, unanimously seconded, RESOLVED as it
is HEREBY RESOLVED to approve the accreditation of Liwliwa Asosasyon Dagiti Manalon,
Inc. as a Non-Government Organization/People’s Organization (NGO/PO) to the Provincial
Government of Ilocos Sur (PGIS);
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this Resolution to the concerned organization
for its information.
APPROVED AND ENACTED UNANIMOUSLY, by all members present this ____ day
