5. Appreciated the system of documentation, implementation and assessment of quality.
6. Evaluated firms’ quality implementation and proposed solutions to Quality Management related issues/problems.

I. Course Description:

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a philosophy, methodology and system of tools aimed to create and maintain the mechanism of organization’s continuous
improvement. The objectives of this course is to introduce the main principles of business and social excellence, to generate knowledge and skills of students to use
models and quality methodology for the implementation of TQM in any sphere of business operations.
