Madam:

I have the honor to recommend Mr. MARK JOSEPH Z. LLOREN, Teacher-I, the
School In-Charge of NEW IMBATUG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL of Impasugong District II. He
has shown both the attitude and skill of an effective leader and functioning manager. I believe
that his experience as Officer In-Charge for more than 3 years and recently as the School In-
Charge for over 6 months had equipped him to be an effective leader and a manager in the
school. To site some of his accomplishments and qualifications within this period:

1. He passed the 2017 National Qualifying Examination for School Heads (NQESH) last
December 2017.

2. He has attended and completed the 19-day School Heads Development Plan (SHDP) last
December 2018.

3. Through his USWAG NEW IMBATUG: Application Project, he was able to get an
increase of enrolment of the school, maximized parents’ participation in meetings and
pahinas and looked for resources from different stakeholders in the community as well as
identified partners outside of the school. Through his endeavor for a change, he was able
to put up school landmark, painted IP-inspired wall and even made relationship with the
barangay and sitio officials.

4. He has initiated School-based Learning Action Cell in which they discussed common
problems and interventions that are happening in the school.

5. With his knowledge and skills in Information Communication Technology (ICT), he was
able to teach teachers from other school in performing computer functions and
operations.
 6. As testified by his fellow teachers, he has developed harmonious relationship within the
pupils, fellow teachers and immediate superiors.

7. He has also attended the Seminar on Trends in International Mathematics and Science
Study (TIMSS) in Olongapo City which was conducted by the Bureau of Educational
Assessment. He has been the Test Administrator of 4 schools in the Division of Bukidnon
namely: Old Kibawe Elementary School, Lantapan Central Elementary School, Hagpa
Elementary School and Minlanaw Elementary School. Moreover, the representative from
the Division and Central Office gave positive feedback to him as a flexible test
administrator.

8. He also attended First Validation of the Draft Standards for School Heads and for
Supervisors at Luxe Hotel, Cagayan De Oro City last February 19, 2019.

9. He successfully presented the recent 2nd quarter DistMEA at Impasugong Municipal Tree
Park last June 26, 2019.
With these accomplishments, I would like to recommend Mr. MARK JOSEPH Z. LLOREN,
for renewal as School In-Charge of New Imbatug Elementary School, Impasugong District II.
