COMPANY PROFILE
Ethos Legal Alliance was conceptualized as a Boutique Law Firm in June 2018. Under the able and
experienced guidance of Mr. Ashish Mehta, the Firm aims to provide sound, innovative and practical
legal solutions across a gamut of legal and regulatory requirements to it’s clients.

ETHOS LEGAL ALLIANCE (ELA) IS LOOKING FOR SHORT TERM LEGAL INTERNS
 LLM students & Final year students of 5-year law program who are interested exclusively in
Dispute Resolution Practice Area will only be considered for the Internship.
 Total No. of Interns required - 5
 Internship Period is minimum 2 months and up to 5 months
 Stipend – Unpaid Internship
 Interns are required to devote minimum 8 hours a day for Office work.
 Selection Procedure involves Personal Interview.
 On successful completion of the Internship, Candidate will be awarded with an Experience
Certificate.
 If the Candidate terminate his/her Internship before the completion of the agreed Internship
Period, then 15 days Notice Period is mandatory and only Experience Certificate will be given to
the Candidate.
 If the Candidate terminates his/her Internship before the completion of the agreed Internship
Period without giving 15 days Notice then he/she will not be given a Experience Certificate.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES


 Reading cases and making a short summary
 Tracking cases
 Maintain legal data structurally (hard copy & soft copy)
 Opening and closing the cases
 Inform relevant person regarding the cases
 Passing on relevant information
 Researching cases and any pertinent legal information needed
 Presenting applications
 Helping advocates prepare for court cases
 Filing case files and handling client caseloads
 Drafting documents and letters
 Maintaining updates of all cases and contracts for management review.
 Administrative duties such as taking phones calls, answering correspondence and filing
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 Other related work as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS


 Excellent interpersonal and effective English written verbal communication skills
 Proficiency with Email and Microsoft Office Applications
 Ability to meet assigned deadlines
 Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction to accomplish objectives
 Capable of handling independent correspondence
 Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of Employees, Management to
maximize performance, Creativity, Problem Solving and Results
 Strong ability to plan, multi-task and organize routine work
 Strong emphasis on good quality, timely and well-presented document
 Good short-hand (preferred, not mandatory) and typing skills
 Filing responses
 Drafting letters and maintaining files
 Capable of handling emails and managing files efficiently
