obtained by Raj Krishan Sharma of Khadi Board.
Subject: Verification of degree obtained by Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (L&R).
Greetings,
Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (Legal & Recovery), claimed to be Advocate before
joining to the Haryana Khadi & VI Board, Panchkula, but I have many bonafide
allegations against him:
1. Haryana Khadi & VI Board, Panchkula placed in public domain, as well as printed
many times against payments, wrong legal documents as Board Act etc with the silent
consent of Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (Legal & Recovery).
2. Supervisor Pottery & Supervisor Soap promoted as DKVIO etc with the silent consent of
Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (Legal & Recovery).
3. Late Shri U.B. Sharma released all service benefits as No due certificate not issued by
DKVIO, Faridabad, it is possible with the silent consent of Raj Krishan Sharma, Section
Officer (L&R).
4. Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (Legal & Recovery) observation on 15-12-2009,
while mishandling EB crossing matter of TSL, proved that he is not a legal brain as
contents of proposal confirmed his status of mind.
5. Charge sheets contents of TSL related to marketing also evidence against biased attitude
of Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (L&R), baseless allegations concealing facts
keeping in view MoU - Agreement, executed between Board with supplier read with section
33 of Board Act.

7. TSL reinstatement while conveying Inquiry report of VK Verma as on 29-5-2014 for
comments, proposal supposed to be moved by Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (Legal
& Recovery), likewise, during suspension period, subsistence allowances shall be increased
50 to 75, foul played by Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (Legal & Recovery).
8. Accepting & functioning as Secretary of the Board without any rule & regulation,
promotion channel as well, besides it recording of all minutes - proceedings of the Board of
Directors meetings, whereas agendas related to TSL were proposed to place, giving hearing
before BoD meeting, which was postponed to 6-8-2014 but without hearing TSL, placing
some wrong facts.
9. Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (Legal & Recovery) violated conduct rules,
accepting money as life time President of Aradhana Mission which was registered &
renewed on wrong bye laws, against law, affidavits needs attention.
How a India Non Judicial e-stamp IN-DL71142635553316M issued on 26-Jun-2014 but
executed & signed on 1-4-2014 by Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer (Legal &
Recovery), violating section 13 of Board Act , CWP No. 8426 of 2014 decided on 2-5-2019
also looked into, hence I doubt his qualifications including LAW Degree obtained by him,
create doubt, needs verification.
