ORDER
On further consideration of this court's March 21, 2019, order that denied
petitioner Otten’s motion for summary reversal and direct all pro se petitioners file
either their respective brief and joint appendix or, if appropriate after this court's
decision in Friends of MeMillan v. District of Columbia Mayor's Agent for Historic
Preservation, Disirict of Columbia Office of Planning, 207 A.3d 1155 (D.C. 2019),
‘a motion to dismiss the petitions within 30 days; petitioner Wolkoff's motion for an
of time to file his brief wherein he states the record is incomplete, the
ns, and reply thereto; the joint motion to dismiss the petitions for review
because petitioners failed to file their briefs and joint appendix, the oppositions, and
reply thereto; and the motion of petitioner Wolloff to file the lodged opposition to
the motion to dismiss; and it appearing that this appeal is limited to the order
considered by this court in Friends of MeMillan v. District of Columbia Mayo)
Agent for Historic Preservation, District of Columbia Office of Planning, No. 18-
‘AA-357 (D.C. May 16, 2019); and it further appearing the court denied the petition
for rehearing and rehearing en banc in the above case on August 22, 2019, itis
ORDERED that petitioner Wolkof’s motion for leave to file the lodged
opposition to the motion to dismiss is granted and the lodged document filed. ItisNos. 18-AA-500 & 18-AA-501
FURTHER ORDERED that petitioner's motion is grant to the extent that
petitioners shall, within 30 days from the date of the order, file thelr brief and joint
appendix or the petitions for review will be dismissed. Because this appeal is limited
to the order and record in no. 18-AA-357, the record has long been complete.
