Sharing of Income

The profit of the income generating project will be divided into two. Forty percent of the

sales will divided to the number of the participants, thirty percent will go to school fund and

thirty percent will go to the beneficiary of the income generating project. The shares of each

member will convert to school supplies and snacks.

Entrep Natututo Ka Na, Kumikita Ka Pa” . In addition to such consent, I hereby acknowledge
and accept the following conditions of participation:

1. My child will be rendered his/her time after classes from 4PM to 5PM
2. My child will be interacting socially with his/her classmate, other pupils, teachers and
the other stakeholders in promoting the project.
3. My child will collaborate to his/her peers to make the project successful.
4. My child will patronize the product of the project.
5. My child will be respectful towards to the views and opinion of his/her co workers.
