Honorable All the Judges

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the World, the Master and the Creator of everything
in the Universe, the Destroyer of all oppressors and the Hope of the oppressed, for enabling us to
meet together in the simple but peaceful place.

Peace and salutation be upon to the noble Prophet of Islam, Muhammad S.A.W. and his
household, his companions and his faithful followers who strive in Allah’s religion of Islam.

I express my gratitude from the bottom of my deepest hearth to the master of ceremony for
giving me valuable chance so that I can speak in front of you all. I take this great opportunity to
deliver a speech under the title;

FUTURE LEADERS OF THE NATION

Dear Muslim brothers and sisters!

Talking about the leader we need is a leader with integrity, because leaders with integrity
represent siddiq, amanah, tabligh, fathanah.

Leaders with integrity do not necessarily just come without going through the process of
education, training and continuous upgrading. Leaders with integrity will not be born instantly,
because leaders with integrity must gain empirical experience in the mastery of science and
technology, comprehensive religious study skills and sufficient credible orders and tests. So that
intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence can be attached to a
leader.

Youth and generations of Muslims are as one of the successors cadres of the nation's
struggle and at the same time as the leader of the nation, because it is in accordance with Allah's
command in Surah Al-Baqoroh verse 30.
And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the
earth a successive authority." They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption
therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?" Allah said, "Indeed, I
know that which you do not know."

That each individual is destined by God to be a leader, it depends on the prospective

leaders to prepare themselves whether they can become strong leaders with integrity or become
an instant leader.

Because the first Indonesian president, Ir. Sukarno once said "give me 10 young men, then
I will shake the world". From this proves that a young generation who has the opportunity to
grow and develop, adds insight, and learns to manage and maintain themselves in order to
become fully human. so that within him the sacred spirit is called to lead himself far better than
day to day, to lead his family and at the same time to be able to lead the community in
association.

As the generation of Muslims who believe in Allah and at the same time believe in the
book of Allah, we should realize that Allah has ordered that behind the tribulation, behind the
difficulties, there will definitely be ease. This means that if we want convenience, want to
succeed, we want to be successful, then we must go through difficulties first.

Get rid of temptations that make us lazy,

Get rid of temptations that make us reluctant to worship.

 Even more we must pay attention, Allah also said, "when you finish in one business,
immediately work one other business". This indicates that we as a young generation, future
leaders of the nation, will not stand idle, will not be lazy, and never give up. Grab and master
the digital economy in the global era. Grab and master the creative economy that can make
us more competitive, seize and master the sovereign economic independence in the field of
food, sovereign in the oil and gas sector, so that this nation can survive in the AEC and AFTA
era.

Come on, brother, Muslim generation.

It is time for us to rise up by putting forward the morality of the people, by developing the
Syari'ah economy so that the Indonesian nation is also glorious.

Dear Muslim brothers and sisters!

You are a milestone of nation building, roll up your sleeves and move forward together to
become leaders of yourself and your family. Gratitude can be the leader of a sovereign and
independent nation.

Last but not the last, I should like to call you to prepare our generation in order to be able to
replace the old in the future. And I hope you and all Moslem brothers wherever they are to
abstain from bad action and furthermore we have to develop our skill and potency to reach the
bright future.

I think it’s time for me to finish this speech begging your pardon, finally I say
