Finding

In the period of my project by working with ROCK’s various departments what I


found from my studies are as below:-

 Training and development programs contribute to the increased performance of the


organization
 Both on the job training and off the job training is given to the employees which yield good
training results
 Most of the training and development programs are satisfied by the employees which make
them to perform better
 Training is given with the help of internal and external faculty which helps in nourishing
the employee
 The training method followed at Royal Orchid Hotel helps in increase productivity of
employees and organisation
 Training process is conducted in a self-required systematic and manual which is very good
method they are following at Royal Orchid Hotel
 Incentive, trainer and subject matter motivate employees to attend the training program.
 Training is helpful for development of both the individual and organization.
 On the bars of analytical data’s tabulated data is known that all employees were aware of
training program conducted in the organization due to this training there was an 100%
changes in work style environment.
 Over 100% of employees told that training program helps in carrier growth and helps in
making and improving decision making skills and managerial skills
 The training program helped to improve employees working and living life style
 Employees able to make the work life balance due to effective training methods followed
by company with friendly environment
SUGESSTION

As company follows training program best in hotel industry and treating there employees as key
hole of their success. What I found the major changes to be done in their policies as per my
knowledge.

 Proper training should be organized or given for fresher’s and also provide training to the
existing employees to carry out the function of their work effectively.
 The training and development function should not be left to the HR department alone rather
the management can form a technical team involving heads of different department
especially during the time of training needs assessment (TNA). This will helps the
organisation train the right people at right time.
 It is better to fulfil the higher positions by experienced employees through promotions for
efficient and effective performance.
 The personnel management should accurately assess trainee’s job performance within two
to four month after the completion of the training.
 Evaluation has to be made to know whether the trainee’s behaviour on the job changed
because of the training program.
 The organization should move from training to learning and development in order to
remain in the modern world of virtual organization.
 The organization must start evolving proper human resource development initiatives such
as succession planning, competency frame work and other.
 It is better to make employee empowerment which helps them to take decisions in critical
situations by giving them some authorities sand responsibility.
CONCLUSION

 The experienced employees are also given enough changes to improve themselves and
compete with the younger generation.
 Evaluation has to be made to know whether the trainee’s behaviour on the job changed
because of the training program.
 The organization should move from training to learning and development in order to
remain in the modern world virtual organization.
 The organization must start evolving proper human resource development initiatives such
as succession planning, competency, frame work and other HRD activities that promote
and such effective management practices.

Thus the training policy of Royal Orchid Central Kireethi hotel is stable and flexible enough to
incorporate the new trend in human resource
