now be indebted or may hereafter may be indebted to

documents that may be required thereunder, including but not limited, to the execution
of Real Estate Mortgage, Surety Agreement, as well as any related documents, to

aforementioned property under such terms and conditions as usually imposed by said
banking institutions in which there may be included, among others, the appointment of
the mortgagee as my Attorney-in-Fact, with full power and authority of substitution for
purposes of extrajudicial foreclosure and to execute the appurtenant deed of sale and/or
such other documents as may be necessary in the premises, all in accordance with the
provisions of Act. No. 3135, as amended, and Section 78 of Republic Act. No. 337; to
enter upon and take possession of the premises without formality, and to sell and
dispose of the same to the highest bidder for cash at public auction, and to take such
other actions with respect to the property as may be necessary for extrajudicial and
judicial foreclosure, also in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3135, as
amended, and Section 78 of Republic Act No. 337.
 GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority
to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present, hereby ratifying or conforming all that my said attorney shall lawfully
do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
