CHECKLIST FOR PPST-BASED PORTFOLIO EVIDENCES

This checklist includes the thirty-seven (37) competencies expected of the Beginning Teachers defined in the seven (7) domains of the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST).
These competencies should be shown in two (2) best portfolio evidences submitted in each of the six (6) modules of the DepEd-DOST teacher training program.

Instructions:
1. Start creating your ePortfolio via Wix. This is a platform where you can document all your outputs in this training. To do this, follow the instructions given in the attached Powerpoint Presentation
(Ppt). You may also explore sample ePortfolios in these links in Wix

2. After creating your ePorfolio, choose the best two outputs you have created in each of your training module.
3. Check the PPST competencies for beginning teachers that you have targeted to demonstrate in the two outputs that you have submitted in each of the six modules. The more competencies
shown in your piece of work, the better.
4. Explain how these outputs show the competencies in the Annotation Section.
5. Use the given rubric to rate all your submitted outputs.
