WHAT IS

TOPSFEST
2019?
TOPSFEST is a day of music, arts and play
dedicated to TOPS’ 50 years of being a beacon
of hope for children, youth, and communities
in need. The festival’s proceeds will go to TOPS’
educational facilities for underpriviledged
children and those with learning disabilities, as
well as uplifting the lives of their families and their
respective communities.

In celebration of TOPS’ 50th founding anniversary, the country’s best
OPM artists, bands, and brands are converging together to a day of
music, arts, and play.
Sponsoring TOPSFEST 2019 gives you a unique
opportunity to connect with about 10,000 of our shared target
audience, the young professionals.
All proceeds, including your generous contribution, will go to
TOPS’ projects such as:
- full scholarship for underprivileged youth
- e-tutorial in Math, Science, and English for all students
- curriculum development and implementation for children with
learning disabilities
- basic ICT and other livelihood programs for adults
- hiring more educators

BEYOND 50:
TOPS’ Education and Economic Programs

Founded in 1969 with the goal to promote juvenile justice and


family unity, TOPS continues to serve the Filipino community
by expanding its quality programs for less fortunate children
and their families.

TOPS, through the years, develops its curriculum and programs


to cater the needs of our society. Currently, it focuses on being
an educational institution for children’s early development and
providing livelihood classes for adults.

Through TOPSFEST 2019, TOPS seeks to continue doing what it


does best - being a symbol of hope to the
Filipino youth and community.

Circuit Event Grounds is a popular venue for events, concerts, and other
on-ground promotional and entertainment activities. With a capacity of 10,000, the
Circuit Event Grounds is an open-air, two-hectare concert venue in Makati that gives
visitors a unique concert experience.

ABOUT THE

BENEFICIARY
Tahanan Outreach Projects and
Services, Inc. (TOPS) is a private non-stock
and non-profit organization dedicated
to helping less advantaged children and
families. It was started by Justice Corazon
Juliano Agrava in 1969 while she was
presiding Judge of the Juvenile and
Domestic Relations Court of Manila.

At present, TOPS is focused on providing


education on music, arts, and technology
to the underprivileged children as well as
those with learning disabilities.
VISION
Build a future of well-molded society andeducated
youth; raise a community with strong volunteerism,
and be a symbol of hope in attaining its mission.

MISSION
To discover, innovate, and implement strategies and
services mainly focusing on providing education in
the fields of music, arts, and technology.

To reach out and assist children who are on the


streets, out of school, endangered, and those with
learning disabilities for their complete develop-
ment. To strengthen family unity by engaging them in
livelihood activities.
