1.1 Dismantling Works
Removal / dismantiling of existing Rcc Walls, Bricks, Block, Masonary wall,
Partition, Ceiling, Floors and tiles, Doors, Windows, fitting and fixtures etcLumpsum JOB
and clean of all debris from site including transport and disposing to
appropriate place. Complete in all respect.
1.2 Termite Proofing
Providing carrying out termite proofing to all horizantal and vertical
excavated surfaces to reduced level of excavation, layers of fill and under all
floors, external area, courtyard and tree pits at every 6" layers shall received 250.00 Sft
termite using " Agenda 25 EC by Jaffers Brothers or approved equivalent and
shall be applied as directed by consultant.
1.3 C.C Flooring
Providing laying 3" C.C Floor laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 - cement, 9 -
graded screened bajri 3/8" and down gauge) for sub floor laid in level/slope
as required including consolidating, curing with power with approve machine 250.00 Sft
finish with smooth sirface etc. Complete as per drawing and as directed by
the consultant.
1.4 Water Proofing
Providing and laying specified bitumen hycarb in two coats including primer
coat on wash area floor each coat to be applied at least 24 hours after
application of the previous coat , application of bituminous coat should be 250.00 Sft
commenced at least after 10 days of completion of curing perod complete as
per drawing and as directed by the consultants.
2 Masonry Works
2.1 Block Masonry
Providing & fixing of machine made solid block masonary of approved quality
setting the block in 1:4 cement sand mortar, racked joints including curing ,
scaffolding, waastage, as per drawing & directed by the Architect.(with
niches where required).

2.2 Plaster

Wooden Door
Providing, making and fixing Doors comprising of 1-1/2" x 71/2" thick oak
wood frame and 2-1/2" thick hydraulic pressed solid core shutter made up of - -
1-1/4" thick rough wood blocking and 1/8" thick commercial ply on both faces
having 1/4" thick solid oak

Providing making and fixing with Oak ply and wood cladding on imported
M.D.F shutters with Oak ply top complete in P.U polish finish as per design 26.00 Sft
and directed by the consultant. Complete with imported locks, hardware best
quality.

3.7 Corian Top
Providing and fixing of corian Tops for executive Kitchens & washrooms.
( Beauppon brand American)Arctic White or as per approved sample and 27.00 Sft
have provision of two basin tops of required sizes. Basic Rate for tile = 1,800/
Square feet. (Granite top rates to be mention also)
3.8 Paint Finish
Providing and applying of 3 coat of water base paint of jotun fenomastic
burger with premier , lappi, smoothing complete with roller application as
per design and directed by the consultant.

4 Plumbing Works, Fitting & Fixtures
4.1 Plumbing Works
Providing and Supply and installation of plumbing Lines, water supply line
from Over head tank to bathroom and drain line from bathroom to main
sewer, and drainage line including supply of turkish brand, heat joint P.P.R.C
(Firat make) and imported drainage line. All joints with gulley traps, under
floor suspended drainage hanging on ceiling. Proper slope provided from
inlet to outlet points and approval thorough pressure testing. Complete in all
respects and directed by the consultant.
4.2 Fixtures & Fittings
a Providing, supply and installation of Western W.C with Flush tank
(single/double unit - Cocal brand) as aproved by the client/consultant. 3 Nos.

b Providing, supply and installation of Basin (R.C.C) top with complete

accessories and trap system as aproved by the client/consultant. 2 Nos.

c Providing, supply and fixing of muslim shower (zilver or hansa) with 4.00 Nos.
complete accessories.
d Providing, supply and installation of lever piller cock pure brass chrome 4.00 Nos.
