Document Management Override messages
• The Document Management module enables a Financial Institution to
stipulate any documents or identification data that are required for a
transaction or account. System will prompt user to collect these documents
during record completion
• If defined, a window like the one below will appear and an appropriate
response such as RECEIVED or NOT RECEIVED will be required

field and select appropriate values
§ For the first job, fill in the employer’s address details. Since the address
is too long, sub value the field

§ Under the same ‘Financial Details’ tab, complete the following for the
customer’s first job:
§ Fill in your customer’s salary amount
W § Fill in the salary currency (indicate a currency different from your T24 training
environment ‘s local currency)

§ Notice that there is a context enquiry button next to the currency. Click on it

k § Indicate your customer’s employment start date using the calendar pop up

Audit Log is an important part of any record and exhibits important information
towards the end of the record, including

• Status of the record
• The Current Number, which indicates the instance of this record
• Who Input the record
• Who Authorised the record
• Date and Time of the last action performed on the record
