JOB PROFILE (Gen. Administration):
Vendor Management.
Prepare Daily, Weekly, MIS Report.
Attending of the Clint’s Complain and Quarries through Phone or E- Mail.
prioritize and escalate issues where required
Assist Staff with Administrative & HR duties as requested.
Order office supplies and monitor inventory.
Facilitate special event registration and execution.
Assist with various program operations as requested as responsibilities permit.
Provide training to staff on database encoding.
Handling Housekeeping Team.
Accountable for overseeing daily operations of the hospital and its departments like OPD, IPD, Billing.
Coordination between Customer (Patients)/ Doctors & Management and ensuring customer
satisfaction through Proper arrangement of various services
Reviewing TPA deductions for final settlement.
Debtor Management and planning for Business (follow up for Outstanding)
Conducting various training for Staffs
Furnishing periodic reports and information to top management as Reconciliation for Outstanding,
Collection Report, Debtors Ageing, TPA Deduction Reports, and Estimate Tracker etc.
Reviewing of Departmental Policy Manual, its training and updating whenever any change is done.
Conducted periodic Patient Satisfaction survey and Post Discharge survey.
Assist the Hospital Administrator while coordinating with the cross functional departments to ensure
smooth operations across the hospital.
Assume overall responsibility of a devoted trainer covering professional development, designing of
training modules for staffs.
In-patient admission
Admission counselling for Cash, TPA and Credit cases
Coordinating with other departments
Coordination between Customer (Patients)/ Doctors & Management and ensuring customer
satisfaction through Proper arrangement of various services
Maintain effective Public Relation with Guest Relation. It includes emphatic guidance to the relatives of
the patients regarding the procedure and system of the hospital.
Furnishing periodic reports and information to top management as TAT (Turn around Time), number of
admission done on daily/weekly/monthly basis etc.
In Patient staff roster, training & counter management.
Study on Maximum utilization through bed management for maximum revenue generation.
