Personnel Search Services (“PSS”) is the 2nd largest domestic search firm in India today and top 5 overall.
We specialize in senior and leadership hiring across sectors and are motivated to add value to our client
partners through the people that we place. PSS is the pioneer of Executive Search in India. 37 years ago
(1981), we identified the need for high quality leadership in growing businesses and decided to address
this through a comprehensive search and consultative process.
10 years later, we joined forces with Ray & Berndtson (“R&B”)- the 6th largest Executive Search Firm in the
world. Through this partnership, we have successfully been able to cater to our Clients on a global level.
