2030 YOUTH FORCE IN THE ASIA-PACIFIC
Established on June 17, 2016 by 17 youth leaders
in the Asia-Pacific Region.

The event aimed to bring together active and


dedicated young aspiring leaders to discuss
development issues in an open and constructive
manner and from the perspective of the young
people in the Asia Pacific region.

2030 YOUTH FORCE IN CAMBODIA
30 SDG ambassadors are playing the role as
youth models to raise awareness and promote
SDGs actively on SOCIAL MEDIA, as well as
in their local community.

INDIA

Involved elected representatives, local governance


bodies and government officials, who are responsible
for the implementation of government schemes and
programs to achieve SDGs by 2030 in India. In
collaboration with UNV India and other youth led
agencies, YF India is conducting “Youth Adda –
Sustainable Goals and Us” in Delhi. They have also
brought this forum to other parts of India through our
active network members and development partners.
2030 YOUTH FORCE INDONESIA
2030 Youth Force Indonesia with YNVAC (Youth Network on
Violence Against Children) conducted SDG Consultative
meetings. It was the opening of youth-led series of activities
aiming to increase young people's meaningful participation on
implementing the SDGs. They have invited 34 young people
from 34 provinces to have a dialogue on localizing the SDGs.
2030 YOUTH FORCE NEPAL
In Nepal, many youth are still not aware of SDGs, that's
why 2030 YF Nepal is focusing to promote SDGs
among large number of youths through college
series, social media, and other programs. Once
awareness has been achieved, they will focus on their
engagement and actions to advance SDGs in local
level.

VIETNAM
In just a year, 2030 Youth Force in
Vietnam has created presence in 3
regions of Vietnam with 45 youth-
led organizations members and
nearly 4000 youth participation.
The map shows the logo of 45
youth-led organization with the
numbers of SDGs that they focus
on. 7 workshops for sharing about
Youth role in implementation of the
SDGs, 12 network meetings at
national and regional level have
been held; 5660 Likes on
Facebook. 2030 Youth Force
Vietnam has engaged 5 key
partners to commit to work with
2030 YFV in 2017 is UNDP, UNV,
Oxfam, Irish Aid and CSDS VN.
2030 YOUTH FORCE IN THE
PHILIPPINES
YFPH focused first on the institutionalization of their efforts.
They have created their Constitution, formed a Council of youth
leaders, selected 17 SDG Ambassadors, and 17 Regional
Representatives who will focus on realizing their main objective,
and that is to bring the SDGs to the GRASSROOTS level. YFPH
is already a registered non-stock, and non-profit organization
working closely with UNDP Philippines, UNV Philippines,
National Youth Commission, and the University of the
Philippines.

We mainstream the SDGs and engage
stakeholders across the country in interactive
discussions to raise awareness and influence
behavior of multiple members of society using
various communication platforms. Cognizant
of the youth’s role in nation-building, one of
our approaches is to make SDGs more
relevant and contextualized to our country’s
current issues.

We offer various volunteer and exposure
opportunities for Member-Advocates and
networks that are aimed at developing and
enhancing their ability to share information
about YFPH and the SDGs, create solutions
to pressing issues of their respective
communities, and lead their own teams that
will further our cause in all regions of the
country.
