AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE
I, ATTY. JOSE F. CAOIBES, JR. of legal age, Filipino, and residents of
Shirian Village, Antipolo St., Brgy. Gimalas, Balayan, Batangas, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and
state:

That I filed a complaint against PW JANICE B. VILLAMAR Docketed

under NSPD No. IV-O7B-INV-19G-00700 for Violation of Article 353, RPC
pending before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor;

That after careful evaluation of the incident, I found out that

whatever messages PW JANICE B. VILLAMAR sent were without any
criminal intent and negligence;

That I hereby agree that I will no longer hold PW JANICE B.

VILLAMAR liable and further warrant that I am no longer interested in the
prosecution of this case against her; and

That this affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of all foregoing

statements and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 13 th day of
