- Values are high comparatively to 40 mS; comments should be “tripping value is greater than
40mSec.

Cable trays:

- Need to install glands if wire going out from cable trays

- Some covers are missing
- Some sagging issue in cable trays
- Earth jointers tray to tray missing in cables.

- ETP plant inverter issue & “wiring drawing” is not applicable; but mentioned as gap.

cable w/o insulation.
