DECLARATION

I hereby declare that the seminar report topic entitled “MICROCONTROLLER BASED MISSILE
DETECTION AND DESTROYING SYSTEM” submitted by me in the partial fulfilment of the
requirements of the degree of Bachelor of Technology (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) of Dr
A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, is record of my own work carried under the supervision
and guidance of Prof. K.S. Singh (HOD) & Mr. Wajid Ali (Asst. Professor).

To the best of our knowledge this seminar has not been submitted to Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

It is a proud privilege to express a profound sense of gratitude and wholehearted thanks for giving us
the opportunity to make Seminar Report on “MICROCONTROLLER BASED MISSILE
DETECTION AND DESTROYING SYSTEM”. A long list of people to acknowledge due to whom
active effort and suggestions the Seminar Report has been completed well within the time schedule
and with the desired quality.

I’m thankful to our Faculty Mr. K. S. Singh and Mr. Wajid Ali who helped me a lot in completing
the seminar report so that students can gain knowledge and take advantage of that in near future. He
provided me many source and ideas due to which I was able to complete the seminar report.

I would also like to thank our HOD (Head of Department), Prof K.S Singh, who assigned me this
topic while taking painstaking efforts, in providing content through science journals, magazines and
research papers, to overall working methodology of machines in a very lucid, simple and elegant
style thus helping us to understand how classroom concept are applied in everything we observe in
our society and particularly manufacturing product in the industry.

PREFACE

This seminar report is to design and construct automatic missile detection and destroying system.
The system is designed to detect the target (missile) moving in multiple directions. The destroying
system moves automatically in the direction of missile and fires it upon fixing the target. This system
consists of a SONAR based object tracking system that continuously monitors the target. Upon
detecting the target it sends the target's location to a Central Control System.

The Central Control System takes the action of moving the firing mechanism in the direction of
target missile. Upon fixing the direction, it sends the control command to firing system to attack the
target. This project is divided in three part RF Transmitter, RF Receiver, and microcontroller.
