Unit : Hitachi
Rental Fee : 350,000 per month (1 month advance, 1 month deposit)
Demovilization paid in advance 80,000
Rental starts : _____________________________

(Shoulder by Customer)

Salaries:
Operator : 800/ day plus overtime shoulder by customer
Helper : 400 day plus overtime shoulder by customer
Food Allowance : 1,500 / weekly shouldered by customer

Mobilization and Demobilization Expenses:

From yard to site shoulder by customer back and forth.

Customer should return the unit within one week upon completion of Job.

Rental Condition:

The Owner can terminate the contract if the contractor fails to make any payment due.
Contractor should issue sign clearance in advance for pull out of unit incase of non payment
of due rental fee.

Others:

-Customer to supply or pay for any parking fees and/or fines that may be applicable for the
job site.
-Customer shall be responsible for any/all damages to the Crane if left on-site while
unattended by Crane Rental’s personnel (including but not limited to: graffiti, broken glass,
vandalism, stolen parts, fouled fuel).

-Crane unit rental shall not be liable for any damage caused by our equipment to parking lots,
curbs, shrubs, trees or any other surfaces.

-The Customer should shoulder operational Diesel fuel, grease, hydraulic fluid and engine oil
while on site.

-We are responsible for the Repair and Maintenance of the Crane unit.
