JOINT COUNTER-AFFIDAVIT

We, ______,________and ____etc. all Filipinos, all of legal age and

residents of _________and _______etc, respectively, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and state-that:

1. We are the named respondents in the above-captioned complaint -affidavit by

one Cheryll Subang;

2. We vehemently deny that we have committed any of the acts complained of;

3. Ms. Subang did not state in her affidavits the particular and the individual acts
and participation of the respondents in the alleged crime;

4. It is imperative that the alleged criminal acts constitutive of the crime alleged
to have been committed by us should be specified, the circumstances of time
place and persons should be defined;
5. There is no basis on the statements made in paragraph 5 of said complaint-
affidavit, as the alleged sworn statement of one Norodin Mauyag is not attached,
contrary to what the complaint-affidavit says;

6. Likewise do the statements made in paragraph 6 of said complaint-affidavit

have no basis for the same reason that the alleged sworn statement of one
Akmad Abubakar Esmael is nowhere to be found in the attachments sent by the
complainant;

7. We do not know Ian Subang nor have we heard anything about him.

8. This complaint –affidavit is nothing else but a shot in the dark;

9. This complaint affidavit should not be given credence at all because of the
foregoing reasons.

10. We are executing this Joint Counter-affidavit to attest to the veracity of the
foregoing statements and in order to pray before the Honorable State Prosecutor
that the complaint against us be dismissed.
