the current era, almost everyone has mobile phone and even if they don’t own one, they

their hand. What's more, students also can get to a different Social Network Sites (SNS)

Objectives
This study aims to know the effects of mobile phone usage to the sleeping habits of the

Hypotheses
To shed light on this topic on a school setting, the study will be conducted on grade
Ho: Using mobile phone has no effect to the sleeping habit of the students.
Ha: Using Mobile phone has an effect to the sleeping habit of the students.
Students. This study will give them information on what could be the effects of using too
much mobile phones to their sleeping hours and habits.
Parents. This study will let them know how to guide their children on how to manage their
time properly.

Future Researchers. This will serve as a guide in gathering information for their own
research study.
The study is mainly focused on the effects of using mobile phones to the sleeping habits of the
students. This research is limited only to Grade 11 students of LPU-Laguna A.Y. 2019-
2020 who uses mobile phones. This is developed to know what could be the effect of
using too much mobile phone to the sleeping habits of the students.
This will not include the effects of mobile phone usage to their academic
performance in school.
Limitation
In this study, the conclusions could be subjective to other interpretations. The data gathered
from the participants of the study could vary from the studies already conducted about
the effects of using mobile phones to the sleeping habits of the students.
