Lecture (60%) + Class Participation (10%) + Quizzes (25%) + Attendance (5%) = Periodical Grade
Tentative Final Grade = Average of Grading Period X 70%
Final Grade = Tentative Final Grade + 30% of Comprehensive Exam

IX. Classroom Policies:


1. Attendance is checked regularly and on – time.
2. Class schedule falling on uniform days, student is required to wear complete school uniform.
3. Each student is required to observe proper decorum inside the classroom.
4. Use of cellular phone is prohibited, unless otherwise, an important call needs to be attended.
5. Any form of cheating on exams, quiz and laboratory will automatically get zero.
6. Out of post during discussion and laboratory will be marked absent
7. Late for 30 minutes is considered absent.
8. Absent during the class will require Medical Certificate if sick, Letter with Xerox copy of guardian’s ID if it’s an emergency.
9. Failure meet attendance requirement will not get any exams, special quiz and research.
10. Late enrollees will not be excused for laboratory, quiz and exams.
11. No permit, no exam
12. Any form of misconduct will automatically be reported to the disciplinary officer.
