Water connection for industries is provided as a service through online Single Desk Portal available on www.apindustries.gov.in. This has been
mandated through GO MS No. 85 dated 14 th June 2016. The Single Desk Portal allows applicant to apply to multiple sources for obtaining water
connection through Common Application Form. The detailed procedure along with documents required for application for obtaining water
connection is follows:

Step 2: Click on the ‘Investor Services’ tab and select ‘Single Desk Portal - Entrepreneur Login’, if you are already registered on Single Desk Portal. If
you are not registered, select the first option, ‘Single Desk Portal – Registration’ to register on the system and then login.
Step 3: Provide your personal and contact details to register on Single Desk Portal
Step 4: Enter your username (PAN) and password to login into Single Desk Portal.
Step 5: Enter pre-CAF details of the unit you want to set up in Andhra Pradesh.
Step 6: After you have provided basic information through pre-CAF, Single Desk system will give you a list of approvals which you may require to
establish your unit in Andhra Pradesh. Following screen will appear.
Step 7: Click on the link highlighted above to fill Common Application Form (CAF – I) for Pre-Establishment clearances. Applicant to provide details
of water source and water connection in point 11 & 12 of CAF-I
