Roles & Responsibilities (Implementation & Support)

 Configured Organization structure such as sales organization, Distribution Channel, Division and Shipping Point.
 Configuration of various Account Groups to control field selection and assigns number ranges to customer
master records.
 Maintained copying control for all the scenarios of sales - sales Documents, Delivery Documents and Billing
Documents.
 Configured pricing procedure determination and maintained condition records as per client’s business

 Conducting problem analysis for reoccurring issues and proposed the solution.

 Monitoring of the background jobs which are relevant for the SAP document creation and taking necessary
action if the jobs are not running as expected.
 Providing an emergency on call support on the weekends for the most critical incidents.
 Resolving of tickets using L2 & L3 as per SLA.
