regardine: the assigned areas of work requiring OPAPP’ inputs and recommendations

i Mainstreaming conflict sensitivity and peace promotion (CSPP) inthe work of
NGis, LGUs, and other implementing partners
it Prevention of Violent Extremism
ii, Soctal Healing and Peacebuilding in the context of Recovery: Rehabilitation and
Development of conflict-affected areas
ix, Transitional Justice and Reconciliation
¥. Localized Peace Engagements / Localizationof Peace Efforts
vi Protection of rights and promotion of interests of vulnerable groups (i, women,
indigenous peoples (IPs), children, elderly, imernally displacedpersons (IDPS),
persons with disabilities (PDs), former combatants) in situations of armed
conflict

Helps in strengthening ensuring of the support of relevant agencies and organizations in
support of the peace process and priority agenda;
Coordinates, prepares and provides rechnical and administrative supportin the
activities/engagenients/projects spearheaded by the Policy and Programs division: and.
Performs other tasks or functions that may be assigned by the Unte Director.

Terms of Reference:
Reports directly to the Director:
5. Provides library and research services for the organization and maintenance of the
library and its collections;
Catalogues existing materials in the physical library as well as digitization;
Performs as a moderator in the format of information as well as contribute to the
development of the Eslibrary
Addresses information requirement of on-line and physical library users,
Ensures that the library collection is updated;
Manages the E-library and the physical library in general; and,
Acquires, accessions, catalogues and classifies library resources,
Performs library trventory at the end of the year:
Performs other tasks as may’ be assignied by the Unit Director

Terms of Reference:
@) Provides technical support in the following:
i. Documentation of Research activities (i.e. processes, academic and research-related
events /programs‘profects, planning, etc):
Analysis and review of knowledge materials and other related documents
Research in support of programs, projects, and other initiatives
Drafting of proposals, concept notes, and other documents
Facilitation of raining of OPAPP personnel, NGds, LGUs, and other implementing
partners andl peace partners on the CSPP Practice
Generates reports (e.g. monthly, quarteriy, ete):
Drafts and designs standard templates for documentation, presentation, etc
Assists the mamagenient and administration of the NAC records and other related
documents; and,
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Unit Director.
