    Excellency,

    Satisfactory evidence having been exhibited to me that Mr. Domingo


    P. Nolasco has been appointed Philippine Diplomatic Representative in
    Rome, Italy.

    I do hereby recognize him as such and declare him free to exercise


    and enjoy such functions, powers, and privileges as are allowed to the
    Honorary Consular Offices of the Repubblica Italianna.

    In testimony whereof I have caused these letter to be made


    patent and the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be hereunto affixed.

    Done in Rome, 20th Day of May in the Year Two Thousand and
    Nineteen.
