Physical Fitness Goals:
My goal is to improve my weight. I am 45kgs on my record, I
think it should be lessen into 2 to 3kgs after doing the activities. I
also wanted my arms to contract or became small. And last I want
my body to be flexible.

Physical Fitness Dilemma:


I think the only hindrance for me to complete this goals is lack
of time. I don't have time to spend in doing such exercises. Because
at first I am busy studying and doing my take home activities in
school and sometimes having rest for myself. Another reason is I am
not able to sleep early.
