OF THE INTESTATE ESTATE OF

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Extrajudicial Settlement and Partition, made and executed by and

between:

EFREN M. GAGASA, of legal age, Filipino, single and with

residence and postal address at Viale Bianca Maria 17, Milan, Italy,
20122;

MARIA AISSA J. GAGASA, of legal age, Filipino, single and with

residence and postal address at Via Cernaia 4, Milan, Italy;

and

KRISTINE J. GAGASA, of legal age, Filipino, single and with residence

and postal address at Brgy. Cawit, Boac, Marinduque;

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, on May 12, 2018, EVELYN JARABE GAGASA died intestate

without any Last Will and Testament, leaving personal and real properties listed and
described hereunder.

WHEREAS, the parties hereto are the heirs of the said EVELYN JARABE
GAGASA entitled to succeed to her entire estate, they being the legitimate spouse and
children of the said deceased, to wit:

EFREN M. GAGASA, legitimate spouse,

MARIA AISSA J. GAGASA, legitimate child,

and

KRISTINE J. GAGASA, legitimate child;

WHEREAS, to the best knowledge and information of the Heirs hereto, the said
deceased left no debts;

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto have mutually and voluntarily agreed,
to partition and distribute the estate of EVELYN JARABE GAGASA as follows:

II. The Parties upon receipt of their respective shares which have been
equally divided do further affirm that they have executed the foregoing instrument
on their own voluntary free will, without force, intimidation or violence upon their
person.

III. The Parties do hereby accept their respective shares as above

distributed. In the remote event that one or some of the Parties receive less than their
legitime, the Party/ies who received more shall compensate them in cash.

IV. The Parties hereby affirm that they have executed the foregoing
instrument of their own voluntary free will, without force, intimidation or violence

upon their person, and that they hereby waive and forever renounce any and all other
rights or claims of whatever nature and kind to each other.
