Duties and Taxes DD At Shipper's request, an administration charge for invoicing duties and taxes to the Shipper, third 2,350
Paid party or to an entity in a third country, when such duties and taxes are not paid for by the Receiver
at the Shipper's request. Duties and taxes are paid for by DHL at destination but then recovered
from the Shipper through the Collect Billing system. Available only for select countries.
Neutral Delivery NN At Shipper's request, the delivery of a non-document shipment/piece by the Shipper that ensures the 1,500
value of the goods are kept confidential from the Receiver; while the importer of record at
destination (not being the Receiver) is billed for the duties and taxes.
Go Green Carbon EA/EE By contractual agreement with the Shipper, a full carbon-neutral service comprising calculation of 8 Per Kg with
Neutral CO2 emissions on a shipment level; offsetting of these emissions by DHL Carbon Management; and Minimum of 8 per
an annual certification by an external third party. shipment
Shipment Value II/LINS At Customer's request, the provision at individual shipment level, of declared value coverage above OB : 0.35% of
Protection (SVP) Standard Liability, for the amount necessary to repair or replace a shipment/piece in the event of Declared Value or 600

Duty Handling Fee WW/WC The use of DHL's credit or cash to fund the clearance, duty and tax charges related to a shipment 500 or 2.5% of duty

with DHL making prompt payment of relevant charges, while the Receiver defers
Delivery Order / WN At Customer's request, the preparation and delivery by DHL, or the making available of shipment 2,500

Bonded Storage WK The registering into bond, and subsequent holding of a shipment / piece for >3 calendar days 500 or 4.45 per kg per

continuous state of war, civil unrest, or continuous threats from terrorism
Restricted CB Restricted Destination surcharge will apply for Non Document shipments when shipping to a 2,500
Destination destination country (Yemen, Central African Republic, Libya, Iran, D.P.R North Korea, Iraq, Somalia,
Eritrea, Liberia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Sudan, Syria) that is subject to trade
restrictions imposed by the UN Security Council

Lithium Ion HB The handling and transportation of shipments containing Lithium Ion batteries that are compliant 6,000-N/A in our case
PI965 to the IATA Packing Instructions 965 Section II (lose) by air. Charge is not applied for Lithium Ion but in case of
Batteries when it is contained inside an equiment/device like notebooks, tablets , mobile phone etc. applicability , Please take

Excepted HH A surcharge is applied per shipment when the handling and transportation of shipments involves 5,000-N/A
Quantities substances and commodities that are in Excepted Quantities (EQ) in compliance with IATA
Dangerous Goods Regulations.
Personal Effects WS At Customer's request, the handling by DHL of a shipment /piece containing the Customer's personal 2,200- Please waive it off
