A. New features added in existing Modules

1. Option to capture PUC (Pollution under control) expiry date at the time of Job card
opening. Based on which PUC due reminders can be generated.

2. Define commission factor for branch transfer in Customer/Vendor Master.

When operator selects the branch code in Material Transfer Note (MTN) screen,
commission cost will display in commission field. User can also over write the
commission factor.
3. New 34 point CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) card programme.

4. Option to capture the name of executive who has taken the booking and name of
driver, who has assigned for vehicle pick-up.
5. Option for copy & paste of parts and labor from one estimate to another estimate.
6. Modification has been done in report “List of vehicles attended in the campaign” for
separate column in excel report for following details
a) Address
b) Phone No.
c) Mobile No. and
d) Email Id.

7. Excel option has been added in following report to export data in excel format
a) Customer not visited
b) Stock summary,
c) Stock opening balance
d) Stock current balance
B. Amendments in existing Modules
1. Option has been added in “Vehicle master” to find the vehicles based on following
parameters :
a) Registration no.
b) Chassis no.
c) Model and
d) Customer name

2. Following option has been added in “Service booking report” :

a) Generation of report between any two date range and
b) Option to take list of visited & not visited customers separately.
3. Option has been added in “Estimate Vs Bill variation report” for report generation at
different customer category type - All / A+ / B+

4. Modification has been done in Job card opening for capturing the “Anniversary
date” :
After entering the “Birth date”, system will asks for married flag (Y / N). If it is
selected 'Y' then only system will ask for anniversary date.
5. Modification has been done in Bill (Invoice) format for printing – Now gate pass will
print only in last page of bill in case of multi page bill.

6. Option has been added in report “In touch summary”, to generate the report
separately for - All, Accidental & Non Accidental cases.
7. Enhancement has been done in “Customer details” for getting customer email ids
also in separate column.

8. Following options has been added in report “Part life Analysis report ” for report
generation :
a) Part description wise (for MGP parts) and
b) Service wise.

9. Option has been added in report “Customer wise sale summary” for the value of
sales return, separately for Spare, Accessory and oil, instead of consolidated.
10. Following modification has been done in report “Month wise consumption” :
a) Option for period selection in place of fixed year parameter
b) Column for shortage and excess in report output.
c) Excel option for report output.
11. Option has been provided in “Stock adjustment note” for capturing the remarks.
12. Column has been added in Stock aging” report for display of stock value along with
the quantity.
