WITH ASSUMPTION OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, Mary Ann Rose T. Catalan, Filipino, of legal age, a resident of Quezon
City, is the lawful owner of a certain motor vehicle which is more particularly
described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve Thousand Pesos (P12,000)
Philippine Currency, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged to my entire satisfaction,
I hereby sell, transfer and convey unto Joyce R. Acuavera, Filipino, of legal age, and
resident of Quezon City, the above described motor vehicle.
I hereby warrant that the said motor vehicle is still mortgaged with Bank of
Makati, with remaining balance of Eighty-eight Thousand Five Hundred Thirty
Pesos (P88,530), with monthly amortization amounting to Five Thousand Nine
Hundred Two Pesos (P5,902), payment due every 10th of the month starting Sept.
2019 – November 2020 and that I will defend the title and rights of the VENDEE from
any claims of whatever kind and nature from third persons.
With Obligation as follows:
